3. DPC Latency Checker
We’ve had problem reports about the audio interface operation for various reasons.
Many think it is a driver issue, but it’s quite the contrary. We’ve found out that the issue stems from many of our user’s PC systems. Before you send in a complaint order, please try the DPC Latency checker first.

This program diagnoses your system’s IO speed (Windows only) in real time, regardless of your audio interface; then check if your system is capable of running the audio interface.
The picture above shows a properly running system.
But if you see what’s in the following image (below), you’ll need to check your system’s network driver update. We recommend that you do this anyway. It will cause fewer headaches in the long run.
