You don't seem to have a product selection for the Rock Pro so I've chosen Rock Frog. In truth, I have the Rock Pro. I bought it last year and used it in Korea because I didn't have my guitar interface. Once I got back to Australia, I started using my old interface again, but today I wanted to use this one so I plugged it in. When I do plug it in, my Mac just says that the device is using too much USB power and disables it. The Rock Pro does not appear in sound input or output menus. How do I fix this? This is the second issue I've had with the device, the first being that the gain knob only works in certain positions. I would really like you to solve this issue. PS. I was unable to find my serial number, I think it may have been printed on the sticker that is attached to the bottom of the device, however the sticker is no longer readable. This is why I just put 000000000000. Regards, Justin
