Hi, I'm one unhappy customer. It's about ROCK PRO, not UG-1. Sorry but product drop down menu doesn't have a ROCK PRO. Apparently there's no MAC OSX drivers for rock pro on disks with the interface, and the one I downloaded from your site is giving me error (see attached picture). I'm running osx 10.8.4. Thanks in advance.
