Please download and run the following tool and let me know the measured values: http://www.thesycon.de/dpclat/dpclat.exe It is the best to run it especially when the click noise occurs. For your reference you can read more about the so called DPC latency with in-depth analysis below: http://www.thesycon.de/eng/latency_check.shtml If the results are adequate, within the normal range, then please increase the latency of RockFrog and test it again. As far as hiss noise is concerned, please check the grounding and your cable, also keep the guitar input gain close to 0dB and increase the Wave/Master output as much as required to a comfortable listening level.
