Thank you for contacting us and for purchasing our product.

Your patience is much appreciated. This seems to be a driver installation problem, I¡¯m sorry for the inconvenience.

It seem like your Windows has installed the built-in driver, which is not compatible with the control panel and doesn¡¯t support ASIO hence the high latency. Please connect RockFrog to your computer, run the latest driver installer RF1_V1.23.04_XPVISTA64(20100701).exe, this will uninstall it first. Run it once more as Administrator and allow it to install the proprietary driver from SIMS Corp.
