contacting us and for purchasing our product. Your patience is much appreciated. This seems to be a driver
installation problem, I¡¯m sorry for the inconvenience. It seem like your
Windows has installed the built-in driver, which is not compatible with the
control panel and doesn¡¯t support ASIO hence the high latency. Please connect
RockFrog to your computer, run the latest driver installer
RF1_V1.23.04_XPVISTA64(20100701).exe, this will uninstall it first. Run it once
more as Administrator and allow it to install the proprietary driver from SIMS
Corp. If it was
successful, you will get the following:
