Thank you for contacting us and for purchasing our product. It seem like your Windows has installed the built-in driver, which is not compatible with the control panel. Please connect RockFrog to your computer, run the latest installer RF1_V1.23.04_XPVISTA64(20100701).exe, this will uninstall it first. Run it once more as Administrator and allow it to install the proprietary driver from SIMS Corp. If it was successful, you will get the following:
