Dear Andy, Thank you for contacting us and for your kind patience. RockPro does not require any 3rd party driver on OS X, it is intended to work with Mac's Core Audio only. No driver is necessary, you can start using it right away for playback and recording. You have been trying to install the control panel of RockPro. It seems that the file download was corrupted, please try to download it once again at this link: The control panel has been sent to you in email as well for your convenience. Once the .dmg has been downloaded, make sure, that applications are allowed to run originating from "Anywhere" in the Security & Privacy settings of your Mac. If the .dmg is mounted successfully, just drag it into your applications folder. Finally do not forget to set RockPro as Input/Output device in Sound settings. Please find some screenshots of the procedure at this link: I hope this helps and contributes to your happiness. Thank you for allowing us to be of service to you. Best Regards, SIMS Corp. =====================================¡á [Andy] Rock Pro (2013-09-12 06:09) Hi, I'm one unhappy customer. It's about ROCK PRO, not UG-1. Sorry but product drop down menu doesn't have a ROCK PRO. Apparently there's no MAC OSX drivers for rock pro on disks with the interface, and the one I downloaded from your site is giving me error (see attached picture). I'm running osx 10.8.4. Thanks in advance. |
