Dear Gonzalo, Thank you for contacting us. I'm sorry to hear about this issue and any convenience it may have caused. One thing is certain, this is not related to .NET or C++ runtime enviroments and any more Windows reinstalls are not necessary. What latency settings do you use in the control panel of Primus a25 and in Ableton and how long latency do you feel or experience? For your reference, the lowest stable latency option for most systems is the "Rapid" setting, which you can see on the screenshot below: Looking forward to your kind feedback. Thank you. Best Regards, SIMS Corp. =====================================
¡á [Gonz] after format ASIO Driver no longer works (2013-10-02 02:29) I have a problem with my Primus a25: First time I installed the controller 2.8.40 beta Worked perfectly. One week later I had to format my pc. When I re installed the same drivers in the same OS the controller starts getting latency in the ASIO mode. Which is weird. I Thought there was a electric or hardware issue, but installed in my girlfriend's pc it Works perfectly I Thought there was a OS issue so re installother version (ALWAYS WIN 7/ 64 BITS) I Thought there was a Drivers issue, so I downloaded the win64bits driver from your site... aand there's still getting latency. which I've tried but is uncompensable... I Thought it was an Ableton Live problem, but I've installed back again and nothing. I've installed a newer version (same which use in mi gf computer and there works). But nothing... So I'm unable to use my loved Primus A25 and I dont know what to do. Can you please tell me how can i solve this proble? Its very weird because IT WORKED And in other computers IT WORKS. Maybe its something needed to install, such as: .NET things or C++ ? I really dont know much about those things. I'd be completely thankfull if you can guide me to solve this problem, please! Thanks a million. Gonzalo. |
