Dear Rob, Thank you for your reply. Is UG1 recognized by your computer? Please open the device manager and check if UG1 appears amongst the Sound, video and game controllers, when you connect it. If it does not show up, please test it again with the remaining available USB ports too. If it does not work with any of the USB ports, there might be a hardware failure involved. In this case please test UG1 with another computer and another USB cable too before contacting the place of purchase for RMA. I'm looking forward to your feedback and thank you for your co-operation. I retried to install the driver with administrator right but didnot succeed. When I plug in the usb connector from my Jammate guitar the driver is installed and I get the message " USB guitar ready for use". The UG-1 control panel is visible. The control sliders for guitarinput, wave input and master volume are missing. I would appreciate any help on this problem. Thanks in advance. Regards Rob Re..driver UG-1 for Windows 7 Dear Rob, Thank you for contacting us. According to our tests the latest drivers works flawlessly under Windows 7 x64.
