Dear Pavel, Thank you for contacting us. Please download the latest driver again. If you have unzipped the archive, right click the installer and select the Run as Administrator option. If it prompts you for allowing non WHQL driver usage, just say yes during the installation. In case our driver still could not be installed, please disable automatic driver installation. Select My Computer and press Alt+Enter, select Advanced system settings and go to the Hardware tab. Click on Device installation settings and change the setting to "No, let me choose what to do", "Never install driver software from Windows Update." Once the RockFrog driver has been installed properly, you can enable the automatic setting again. I hope this helps. I shall be pleased to provide further assistance if it is required. Thank you for allowing us to be of service to you. Best Regards, SIMS Corp. ===================================== ¡á [Pavel] Win7 Guitar Rig 4 crash with Rockfrog (2011-08-26 23:32) Hello dear product creators, Guitar Rig 4 crash on Windows 7 with your product Rockfrog.
